Glen Preece has the knack of channelling the spirit of early 20th century Paris with a charming local twisthis cafes (in this case the iconic Marchetti’s Latin in Melbourne’s theatre district ) suggest the abandoned feel of after-hours isolation while his colours (warm ochres and umbers) are a joy.
